ST Yoga
is a space dedicated to expanding awareness, deepening the mind-body connection, and embracing one’s true self through yoga.
The name ‘ST’ originates from Sat Nam, meaning ‘true identity,’ reflecting that yoga is not just a physical practice but a journey inward. Offering a diverse range of classes—including Iyengar Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Core Yoga, Wheel Yoga, Chair Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Restorative Yoga—ST Yoga provides a practice for everyone. Whether you seek strength, flexibility, mobility, or inner balance, each class is designed to support your journey toward greater well-being and self-discovery.
At our studio, we provide Liforme professional yoga mats for all students, so there’s no need to bring your own unless you prefer using a personal mat. All you need to do is reserve your class in advance, wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, and bring an open, relaxed heart to enjoy the practice.
The studio is equipped with changing rooms and a water dispenser. We recommend bringing your own water bottle, towel, and any other items you may need, depending on your personal preference.
We regularly offer a variety of workshops to provide students with a structured and continuous learning experience. In the future, we also plan to organize trips to other states, allowing students to broaden their horizons and deepen their yoga practice in different environments.
We hope that everyone who steps into ST Yoga finds a warm and supportive space to reconnect with their inner strength, authenticity, gentleness, and confidence.

The Founder
Lien Fen Lin began her yoga journey in 2014 and was profoundly inspired by yoga’s healing and transformative power. Her teaching integrates mindfulness and body awareness, guiding students to connect with the present moment through breath and movement. She believes yoga is a lifelong journey of self-exploration—one that helps individuals understand themselves more deeply and live with authenticity and inner peace.
In this era of information overload, the fast-paced demands of work and life can often feel overwhelming. However, no matter how the external world changes, physical and mental well-being remain the foundation of a fulfilling life. This is the driving force behind her creation of ST Yoga—helping more people reconnect with their inner balance through yoga. At the same time, she is actively promoting online courses to extend this passion and healing energy to a wider audience.
