Iyengar Yoga
Iyengar Yoga was founded by the Indian yoga master B.K.S. Iyengar. It is known for its precise alignment, anatomical awareness, and controlled breathing techniques, aiming to bring freedom to both body and mind through proper posture and alignment. Iyengar Yoga is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, gender, or flexibility.
Core Yoga (Intermediate)
Core Yoga focuses on strengthening the abdominals, lower back, and deep stabilizing muscles to improve posture, enhance endurance, and support overall body alignment. Through dynamic movements and breath control, this practice boosts energy, reduces stress, and sharpens mental focus, creating a strong foundation for both yoga and daily activities.
Wheel Yoga (Intermediate)
Wheel Yoga integrates the use of a yoga wheel with traditional poses to enhance flexibility, deepen stretches, and improve balance. Designed to open areas that often hold tension, the wheel helps expand the chest and shoulders, stretch the hip flexors, and rejuvenate the spine. This practice offers a unique way to increase mobility, build strength, and experience a deeper sense of openness in the body.
Yin Yoga (All Level)
A Yin Yoga class typically consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that target the lower body—hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine—areas rich in connective tissues. Poses are held for up to five minutes or longer, allowing for deep release and relaxation. While Yin Yoga is predominantly passive, some postures may incorporate subtle Yang elements. Throughout the practice, muscles remain relaxed to prevent tension and allow for a deeper stretch without strain.
Chair Yoga (All Level)
Chair Yoga is a versatile and accessible practice that adapts traditional yoga poses with the support of a chair. It helps improve flexibility, strength, and balance while making yoga approachable for all levels. Whether used to enhance mobility, build stability, or simply practice mindfulness in a seated position, Chair Yoga offers a dynamic and effective way to experience the benefits of yoga in a supportive and comfortable format.
Restorative Yoga. (All Level)
Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing practice that encourages slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching. Poses are held for extended periods, often with the support of props, allowing for complete relaxation and deep release. This gentle practice helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being, making it an ideal way to restore both body and mind.
Kundalini Yoga. (All Level)
Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic practice that combines chanting, singing, breathwork, and repetitive movements to awaken inner energy and elevate consciousness. Each class follows a structured sequence of six key components: an opening chant, warm-up, kriya (a set of specific exercises), relaxation, meditation, and a closing chant. Rooted in both physical and spiritual practice, Kundalini Yoga helps expand awareness, balance energy, and transcend the limitations of the ego.
Flexibility Class (All Level)
The Flexibility class focuses on deep stretching to improve mobility, increase range of motion, and release tension. Through a blend of dynamic and static stretches with mindful breathing, this practice helps you move with greater ease and balance.
